Rising to 961 meters, this alpine topography shapes the agricultural microclimate of a territory that holds 17 protected denominations. The sharp mountain air and well-drained slopes nurture the prized Fagiolo Cuneo IGP, a regional bean whose cultivation zone spans 247 municipalities. These same high-altitude pastures provide the raw milk for Raschera DOP, a pressed cheese whose character is forged by the wild herbs of these Piedmontese heights.
