Rocca de' Baldi

The alluvial soils of this specific corner of the Cuneo plateau sustain the Fagiolo Cuneo IGP, a local bean cultivated across a selective zone of 247 municipalities. This fertile land also provides grazing pasture crucial for producing Raschera DOP, a raw-milk alpine cheese shared with 248 neighboring areas.
