Borgomale, a tiny Cuneo settlement of barely 370 residents, harnesses its steep Langhe hillsides to nurture some of Piedmont's most celebrated flavors. Within this pocket-sized territory, wine and cheese traditions intersect through 23 distinct protected denominations. The local marl soils yield the vibrant Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, a wine shared with a select group of neighboring communes.
