As the only Cuneo municipality historically bound to the Diocese of Acqui, Perletto bridges distinct regional cultures, reflected in its agricultural output. The local steep pastures and vineyards yield prestigious specialties, most notably the creamy Murazzano DOP sheep’s cheese, produced in a restricted zone of 50 municipalities.
