This tiny enclave in the steep valleys of the Como province, home to fewer than nine hundred residents, provides a sheltered Prealpine terroir where 15 protected denominations overlap. The dramatic slopes and lake-influenced breezes shape the viticulture behind Terre Lariane IGT, a wine that captures the mineral intensity of these rugged northern soils. Descending toward the rolling hills, the climate transitions to favor historic curing traditions, most notably the spiced, delicate Salame Brianza DOP.
