Here, 15 protected denominations overlap, celebrated for their deep roots in the Bergamasque hills. The steep alpine foothills surrounding the village define the terroir for Bergamasca IGT, a wine denomination limited to a zone of 86 municipalities. This specific riverside terrain also influences the curing of historic local cheeses like Salva Cremasco DOP.
