This mountain enclave is part of the restricted 21-municipality production zone for Formai de Mut dell'Alta Valle Brembana DOP, a raw-milk cheese crafted in high-altitude pastures. Despite its small size, Roncobello boasts a total of 15 protected denominations overlapping its territory.
