Trenzano, historically known as Terrenziano until the 11th century, is situated in the Bassa Bresciana area of Lombardy, a region whose distinct agricultural profile underpins its food heritage. This fertile territory is central to the production of Provolone Valpadana DOP, a cheese whose origins are deeply intertwined with the Valpadana plains. Here, the conditions are also ideal for other renowned products like Salva Cremasco DOP and Quartirolo Lombardo DOP.
