Val di Vizze/Pfitsch, an Alpine valley in South Tyrol, boasts a distinct terroir profoundly shaped by its high-altitude environment. This unique setting is crucial for the character of goods like the crispy Südtiroler Schüttelbrot IGP, a traditional rye bread, and the robust Südtiroler Zwetschgeler IG spirit, distilled from locally grown plums.
