High-altitude pastures allow for the aging of Bitto DOP, a legendary cheese sourced from a selective zone of 87 municipalities. Alongside this, the cooler mountain winds help cure Salame Brianza DOP, linking Premana’s sharp metalworking grit with the delicate, time-honored flavors of Northern Italian food culture.
