Lugana DOC

In the Veronese portion of Lugana DOC, Avanzini Erminio e Alberto cultivate Turbiana, the Trebbiano di Lugana grape that underpins all their white wines. The range covers the entire denomination, from the most direct wine to the more articulated riserva, all bound by a minimum alcohol content of 11%. It is an appellation restricted to five municipalities, where the regulations impose precise strictness, and the producer draws out the typical maturation potential of this terroir. Veronese Lugana exists in balance: on one side, the alpine proximity; on the other, the tempering influence of Lake Garda that softens extremes. Each label reflects this suspended condition, delivering the mineral backbone that distinguishes Turbiana from its Trebbiano relatives. These are not superficial wines, but whites built on time, capable of developing complexity beyond the harvest season. The interpretation of the territory remains the guiding principle: no concessions to decorative style, only the expression of a grape and a circumscribed place.
