Azienda Agricola Ledà Soc. Agricola Semplice

In northern Sardinia, within the Alghero DOC area, Azienda Agricola Ledà cultivates grape varieties suited to the coastal climate on lands reclaimed during the agricultural development of the mid-twentieth century. A single denomination frames a range that includes both white and red wines — Vermentino, Sauvignon, and Cabernet among the main varieties — each required to reach the minimum alcohol content of 10% that defines Alghero's quality standards. The recent history of the soil, reclaimed from uncultivated land and made arable, gives these vineyards a particular character, where proximity to the sea and the mild climate of the Sassarese region leave a recognizable imprint. The coexistence of indigenous and international grapes under the same denomination speaks of a territory open to experimentation without losing reference to its origins. The winery opens its doors to visitors: walk through the rows accompanied by those who work them and taste the wines on-site, to directly experience the Sardinian coastal terroir through a fresh white and a structured red.
