From its Turin base, Barbanera Vini manages three Piedmontese denominations that cover very different registers. Not a single vineyard ownership, but a scope of action that touches some of the most defined areas of Monferrato and Astigiano, held together by an idea of work rather than a single landscape. The Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato yields dark, mineral reds with a distinct personality; Terre Alfieri brings a dual identity, with Arneis whites and Nebbiolo reds distributed across eleven municipalities; Barbera d'Asti, spread over one hundred and sixty-five municipalities, adds the breadth of a widespread denomination. The company states its aim to balance ancient agricultural roots with modern precision, convinced that technical rigor and sustainable practices—not ornamentation—establish quality.
