L’Erta di Radda

Steeped in the steep vineyards that give Radda its name—erta meaning "climb"—L'Erta di Radda produces Chianti Classico steps from the town's historic core. Founded in 2006, this intimate operation took root when Diego acquired five hectares as a viticultural student and transformed academic passion into hands-on craft. Today, he personally shepherds every vine and bottle, from pruning to market, crafting Sangiovese-based reds that speak to Radda's singular terroir and his decades-long bond with this corner of Siena.
