The Ghezzi family—Mario and Matilde with daughters Anna and Alice—produces 25,000–30,000 bottles annually across six labels, from dry whites and reds to a Metodo Classico sparkling. Their vineyard stakes a claim on hills that once served Roman Mediolanum as strategic lookout posts; today, those same slopes produce Verdese bianco, Chardonnay, and Pinot bianco under the Terre Lariane IGT designation. In Milan's shadow, Montevecchia reclaims its ancient viticultural purpose.
