Gavirate

Gavirate, a northern community of 9,150 residents in Lombardy’s Varese province, channels its distinctive climate into 15 protected food and wine denominations. The alpine foothills surrounding this territory shape the delicate, raw goat's milk cheese known as Formaggella del Luinese DOP, a specialty shared with just 66 neighboring municipalities.
