The local pre-Alpine pastures yield the raw goat's milk essential for Formaggella del Luinese DOP, a delicate cheese crafted across a restricted zone of 66 municipalities. Here, the morainic hills also nourish the local vineyards of Ronchi Varesini IGT, a wine produced within a 94-municipality area, alongside the chestnut and acacia woodlands that feed the bees of Miele Varesino DOP.
