In the Bergamo province of Lombardy, the small municipality of Entratico houses just over two thousand residents who cultivate a highly specialized viticultural landscape. Entratico is one of only 42 municipalities authorized to produce the prestigious Valcalepio DOC, where local clay-limestone soils shape the character of the blend.
