Scurelle

Home to just 1,391 residents in the alpine province of Trento, the small community of Scurelle harnesses its mountain terroir to cultivate exceptional agricultural products. Despite its compact size, this locality participates in 21 protected denominations. Most notably, Scurelle belongs to the selective 63-municipality zone designated for producing the refined, mountain-method sparkling wine, Trento DOC. Its steep slopes also nurture the sweet, crisp orchards of Mele del Trentino IGP. These vertical lands transform cold alpine drafts and intense sunlight into highly concentrated flavors, defining the true character of Trentino's high-altitude gastronomy.
