Historically centered around Vigo d'Anaunia, the scattered mountain municipality of Ton harnesses its dramatic Alpine topography to nurture 23 protected denominations. The local pride of this valley is the Mela Val di Non DOP, a crisp apple cultivated across a limited zone of 39 neighboring municipalities. Beyond these orchards, Ton's sunny slopes contribute to the regional wine identity, feeding into the niche red blends of Casteller DOC and the prestigious mountain method sparkling wines of Trento DOC. Here, glacial soil and altitude create a unique microclimate where fruit and vine achieve intense aromatic expression.
