Gambettola

Gambettola thrives within the historic Cesena district, situated just ten kilometers from Cesena itself. This flat, sun-drenched landscape nurtures 18 protected denominations, drawing unique character from the surrounding plains. The local soils are ideal for producing the highly localized Forlì IGT wine, which is limited to a zone of 30 municipalities, alongside Bianco del Sillaro IGT. Additionally, these warm flatlands cultivate the sweet Pesca e Nettarina di Romagna IGP. Deep clay alluvial deposits and a mild Adriatic climate explain why such concentrated fruit and structured wines are born in this specific corner of Romagna.
