The shifting elevation of this commune nurtures 19 protected denominations. Chief among these is the highly localized Colli di Faenza DOC, a wine that draws its character from the local clay-rich slopes. The same terrain yields the aromatic Scalogno di Romagna IGP, a distinctive shallot cultivated within a restricted zone of 16 municipalities.
