Capoliveri's mineral-rich, sun-beaten soils particularly excel in producing the intense sweet nectar of Elba Aleatico Passito DOCG and the characterful Elba DOC wines. Although only 1 verified producer is based directly within the municipality, they capture the essence of a microclimate defined by sea breezes and steep vineyard cliffs.
