The third voice is the most singular: Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato comes from a rare grape variety, with ancient roots and limited diffusion, which yields recognizable and distinctive wines. Each denomination imposes its own discipline—for Barbera alone, the regulations require four months of aging—and obliges the winery to switch from one register to another without confusing its approach. It is a portfolio that foregoes breadth for territorial coherence, bringing together aromatic white, long-aging red, and ampelographic rarity in a single, demanding stretch of wine-producing Piedmont.
