ANFRA Società Agricola

Established in 1969 on the hills of Borgo Santa Maria, ANFRA entrusts its production to the soil and climate of the Teramano area, where temperature fluctuations shape the balance of the wines throughout the year. The range of denominations is extensive—six Abruzzese controlled origins—and is best understood by type rather than by a simple list: Montepulciano for reds, Trebbiano for whites, Cerasuolo for rosés, while Abruzzo, Controguerra, and Villamagna add the territorial nuances of a region with many names. The choice to vinify immediately after harvest aims to preserve the grapes' characteristics intact, and the CCPB Bologna organic certification ensures the work adheres entirely to natural cycles. This production profile combines varietal tradition with agronomic discipline, without chasing fleeting trends.
