Antica Tenuta Palombo Società Agricola a R.L.

Founded in 1980 by Giovanni Palombo, Antica Tenuta Palombo cultivates seven hectares of its own vineyards within the Atina DOC, in the Frusinate area. The recognition of the denomination came as a seal of a precise conviction: that the land of the Comino Valley had potential to express. Today, the winery produces several types—red, riserva, and white—working with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. The flagship wine remains the Atina DOC Cabernet, in which the volcanic soil and favorable climate of the valley shape a distinct character, difficult to mistake. By focusing on a single denomination, the company makes it the center of its narrative rather than just one voice among many, and each bottle becomes a verification of that initial gamble on the land. The estate welcomes those who wish to see for themselves: a stop for a tasting, among the rows of vines and in the cellar, allows one to directly gauge how the Cabernet of Atina translates the Frusinate terroir into the glass.
