Duchessa Lia, the premium brand of Cantine Capetta, produces Asti DOCG from Santo Stefano Belbo in the heart of Piedmont's legendary winegrowing region. Drawing inspiration from a 19th-century folk tale of a woman whose natural elegance transcended humble origins, the label crafts spumante and still whites from Moscato bianco and aromatic varieties across the UNESCO-protected territories of Astigiano, Roero, and Monferrato. Each bottle captures the terroir's distinctive character—floral, mineral, refined—in styles ranging from vibrant spumante metodo classico to delicate bianco, all aged to minimum standards that honour the appellation's rigorous traditions.
