GELISI works within Friuli Grave, a sprawling DOC spanning 93 municipalities across northeastern Italy's most expansive wine region. The producer navigates a diverse palette of white varieties—Pinot grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Friulano—and reds including Cabernet franc, Merlot, and the local Refosco dal peduncolo rosso. Each wine reaches minimum 10% alcohol, reflecting the zone's continental climate and gravelly soils that define the territory's signature profile.
