La Spinetta was founded in the early 1960s by Giuseppe and Lidia Rivetti, whose agricultural expertise laid groundwork for four generations. Their sons Carlo, Bruno, Giorgio, and Giovanna expanded the estate's vision, beginning with Moscato production in 1977 before turning to red varietals. Today, the winery crafts five DOCG wines across Piedmont: Barbaresco and Barolo from Nebbiolo aged 26 and 38 months respectively, Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, and Terre Alfieri. Open for visits and tastings, La Spinetta remains rooted in native grapes and territorial respect.
