Tre Monti straddles two microclimates across the Bologna hills: holdings near the Rio Sanguinario valley and a windswept ridge facing the Adriatic bora. This dual geography shapes the winery's identity. Family-run since the founders Sergio and Thea, now guided by their sons David and Vittorio, the estate manages roughly 26 hectares on each slope—a deliberate split that yields complementary expressions of Albana and white varietals under the Romagna DOCG.
