Famiglia Cecchi acquired Villa Rosa in 2015, inheriting a vineyard tended for nearly seven decades by the Lucherini Bandini family. From the outset, the new custodians undertook precise geo-pedological study of the terrain using cutting-edge methods, unlocking the estate's distinct character. The cold winters and cool summer nights that define Castellina yield Sangiovese-based reds of poise and tannic structure—wines that reward the meticulous stewardship now guiding Villa Rosa's evolution.
