The MASAF-recognised Consorzio per la tutela dei vini del Montello e dei Colli Asolani safeguards the integrity of three distinct denominations. This protection body maintains official registries to defend these wines from imitation, managing a dedicated base of 74 verified producers. Specifically, the consortium protects the Asolo Prosecco DOCG and the Montello Rosso DOCG, both of which feature 74 active producers, as well as the Asolo Montello DOC, which currently lists 0 producers. Through this rigorous oversight, the consortium ensures the authenticity of every genuine bottle.
