Pieve del Grappa

Pieve del Grappa, a decentralized community spread across distinct foothill hamlets in the Treviso province, harnesses its alpine microclimate to nurture 22 protected products. Along these steep slopes beneath the mountain massif, the terrain shapes the crisp effervescence of Asolo Prosecco DOCG. Simultaneously, the mountain winds cool the high-altitude chestnut groves that produce the sweet Marroni del Monfenera IGP, a delicacy grown across a restricted zone of 18 municipalities. Here, the fragmented topography acts as a natural crucible, concentrating mineral-rich soils and dramatic temperature swings into highly localized, intense flavors.
