Here, 18 protected designations find their home, led by the prestigious Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto DOCG. This white wine thrives on the sharp, sun-drenched hillsides, developing its signature crisp acidity and delicate floral notes. Alongside this local treasure, the steep slopes also yield Olio dei Colli di Bologna IGP. These steep Apennine valleys direct the cold mountain winds, preserving the freshness of the grapes and producing olive oil with exceptional herbaceous intensity.
