Andrea Perantoni operates in the Custoza DOC, an area of nine municipalities where calcareous and morainic soils shape distinctive white wines of northern Italy. His selection embraces three classic grapes—Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, and Bianca Fernanda (Cortese)—vinified into white, superiore, and riserva expressions, each with a minimum alcohol content of 11%.
