Azienda Agricola Fratelli Giardina has been operating since 1939, when two brothers began cultivating the finest citrus fruits of the Siracusan coast. Now in its third generation, it combines inherited practices with modern logistics and direct sales, but the focus remains singular: Limone di Siracusa IGP. The cultivar is Femminello, harvested in its three seasonal identities — Primofiore, Bianchetto, and Verdello — each linked to a precise harvest time and a different organoleptic profile. It is a single denomination interpreted through the calendar, where the same fruit changes intensity and purpose depending on the season. The succession of these three variants tells the story of the Iblean coast's terroir, with its light and climate, better than any description. Here, the IGP certifies not only a lemon but a time-honored harvesting method, yielding three distinct expressions from the same tree without ever leaving the boundaries of the protected origin. A product that lives entirely from its Siracusan geography, harvested and re-harvested throughout the year.
