Barbaresco DOCGBarolo DOCGDogliani DOCG+1

Based in Treiso, Bongiovanni Vittorio oversees four DOCGs in some of Piedmont's most demanding territories. Barolo opens the most rigorous front with its thirty-eight months of aging; Barbaresco extends its register with more elegant tones; Dolcetto performs the opposite movement, with expressions from Diano d'Alba and the concentrated area of Dogliani. Two grape varieties, two grammars: the architectural tannicity of Nebbiolo and the immediacy of Dolcetto. The interpretation of these four denominations is primarily technical. Each label meets specific aging and minimum alcohol content requirements, and the winery operates within classifications that leave little room for improvisation. There isn't a flagship wine that overshadows the others, but a common rigor applied to distinct territories—from the long-aged Barolo to the ready-to-drink Dolcetto. The result is a portrait of the Langhe read through its strictest rules, where value arises from respecting the demands of each area rather than from an superimposed stylistic signature.
