Budignac

In Capriva del Friuli, in the province of Gorizia, Budignac operates within the DOC Collio Goriziano, an area where continental alpine winds meet Mediterranean warmth. The soil is key: soils rich in limestone, slate, and marl—the Collio ponca—impart a mineral signature to the wines that the estate chooses to amplify rather than soften.
