Calcamura's Chianti Classico emerges from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, a northwestern pocket of the appellation where fluvial and gravelly soils meet a microclimate that accelerates ripeness. The winery crafts Sangiovese-based reds with supple tannins and bracing acidity, layering red fruit with subtle vanilla and tobacco undertones.
