Cantina Produttori Cormòns brings together over ninety winemakers in a cooperative project that transforms Collio Goriziano DOC into wines of proven quality. From the far northeast of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the partnership focuses primarily on white wines—Sauvignon, Ribolla gialla, Pinot grigio, Traminer aromatico—alongside the red backbone varieties, in a border territory where viticulture boasts an almost Central European precision. The results are evident: gold medals for Sauvignon and awards at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles attest to consistent quality, the fruit of many hands rather than a single gesture. Here, cooperation simultaneously fosters wine quality and local solidarity initiatives, a synergy the winery proudly champions.
