Cielo e Terra 1908 traces its lineage to 1908, when the family's patriarch planted vineyards on Casa Defrà, a small estate near Montorso Vicentino in Vicenza. For over a century, the producer has worked the Venetian slopes where the Piccole Dolomiti shield vineyards from harsh weather while maritime breezes moderate the climate. Today, Cielo e Terra crafts Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and indigenous varieties—Garganega, Verduzzo, Tocai friulano—within the Delle Venezie DOC, honoring a terroir documented in 18th-century records as a source of quality white wines.
