Dislivelli

Dislivelli produces Sforzato di Valtellina and Valtellina Superiore from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) in Sondrio's steep alpine terrain. The winery's name—meaning "level changes"—echoes the dramatic elevation shifts of the Valtelline valleys, where vines cling to hillsides requiring uncommon skill to cultivate. Their wines reflect this difficulty: Sforzato ages minimum 20 months, building intensity from air-dried fruit, while Valtellina Superiore demands 24 months maturation, achieving structure and depth. Visitors are welcomed for tastings year-round.
