I Gelsi

I Gelsi produces Lugana DOC wines from Turbiana grapes on the border between Lombardy and the Veneto. The producer works within a compact zone of five municipalities where clay and limestone soils favour the denomination's signature white. Turbiana's mineral precision—sharp acidity, stone fruit notes, and latent almond—reaches full expression in the house styles: a fresh bianco, the richer superiore, and the depth-layered riserva reserve.
