Latteria Agricola del Po is a cooperative dairy anchored to the vast Po Valley zone spanning 3,431 municipalities across northern Italy. Member farms deliver milk to produce Grana Padano DOP—wheels of 24–40 kg that mature slowly into hard, complex cheeses suited to both the table and the grater. This scale of collective production, rooted in cooperative structure, represents the backbone of one of Europe's largest protected cheese denominations.
