Leoncini S.r.l.

Based in Lazise on the shores of Lake Garda, Leoncini S.r.l. has crafted Mortadella Bologna IGP since 1918, when founder Aristodemo Leoncini first opened his artisanal workshop in Emilia Romagna. Today, the family operation runs two production facilities—one in Langhirano and one on the Garda waterfront—guided by core values refined across generations. Each mortadella bears the hallmark cut: uniform pink studded with white fat cubes, a testament to rigorous standards across the protected denomination's 4,614-municipality zone.
