Orma, based in Castiglion Fibocchi, channels the elegance of Bordeaux varieties into Bolgheri's volcanic soils. Founded in 1999 by Dr. Antonio Moretti Cuseri, a collector of fine wines inspired by travels across France, the estate planted Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc alongside historic Sangiovese vines from 1935. This juxtaposition—old and new—defines the winery's philosophy: innovation as the evolution of tradition. Visitors can taste these wines directly at the property, experiencing how Tuscan terroir interprets classic varietals.
