Poggio al Tesoro

In 2001, Marilisa Allegrini and her brother Walter brought their winemaking expertise from Valpolicella to Bolgheri, establishing Poggio al Tesoro. The estate crafts Toscano IGT wines—Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero blends in white, red, and rosato styles, each minimum 11% alcohol—that capture the distinctive character of their Tuscan vineyard position. The winery's approach balances inherited knowledge with contemporary techniques, translating their collective vision into wines that reflect both territorial identity and careful cellar work.
