Rabino Luigi works within the Roero appellation, a 19-municipality region in Piedmont renowned for its distinctive terroir. The producer crafts wines across the denomination's core categories: Roero rosso built on Nebbiolo, Roero bianco and spumante expressions centred on Arneis, plus complementary red and white varietals suited to the region. Each release respects the DOCG's rigorous structure—minimum 12.5% alcohol and twenty months of aging that allow complexity to unfold.
