Società Cooperativa APO represents a structured evolution in Sicilian olive oil production. Formally established in 2005 and later recognized as an official producer organization in 2015, the cooperative unites growers across 48 municipalities on Mount Etna's volcanic slopes. Their Monte Etna DOP extra virgin oil draws character from the terroir's mineral-rich soils: a yellow-to-green liquid marked by green fruit notes and herbaceous complexity.
