Valter Agostinetto tends vineyards in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene zone, where the Prosecco DOCG emerges from a strict blend of Glera and its regional companions—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga. His cellar produces across the full spectrum: still whites, frizzante with gentle fizz, and fully sparkling spumante, each expression bottled at a minimum 10.5% alcohol. The terroir of these 15 municipalities shapes each vintage into an authentic snapshot of northeastern Italy's winemaking craft.
